Non-exclusive Permissions:
By entering this art competition, you are granting us a non-exclusive license to reproduce images of your artwork on our website, social networks, and in our newsletters. Artworks will not be used for any other purpose than that which is stated here. All winning entries will be displayed on the thunderlotusgames.com website. It can be removed at a later date upon request. Please supply any websites or social media aliases that you would like us to tag.
File Sizes and Formats:
Artist’s discretion. Note: The quality of the images submitted will likely play a role in the judging process. It is best if the images submitted are no smaller than 600px.
Multiple Submission:
There are no restrictions to the number of pieces they can submit, nor the number of prizes they can win.
Submission Deadlines:
Artworks may be submitted up until midnight Eastern Standard Time on August 11th, 2017. No artworks will be accepted past the posted deadline.
Prize delivery:
Digital prizes will be e-mailed to the winner within 7 days of the notification of winning. Physical prizes will be mailed to the winner within 45 days of the notification of winning (except for the Sundered physical collector’s edition, which will be mailed to the winner within 45 days of that edition’s release – date TBC)
